One of the largest custom fire-apparatus makers needed an aftermarket parts experience worthy of its dealer network. We re-platformed onto VTEX and redesigned the storefront into a seamless, role-aware buying journey — managed access to a deep resource centre, optimised catalog and search, and a scalable foundation for growth.
STI's in-house CMS needed developers for every update and didn't talk to their other systems. I helped redesign the UI/UX and rebuild the experience on HubSpot — an intelligent search and product-comparison system, a self-serve CMS, and integrations with SalesLayer PIM, BrandFolder DAM and custom APIs.
